GBC committed to protect people and property. Management will provide and maintain a safe and healthy working environment in accordance with industrial standards and requirements .We strive to eliminate any foreseeable hazards which may results in accident, illness and property damage.

All site staff and employees will be equally responsible for minimizing accidents within our facilities and on our job sites. Safe working practice and job procedures are clearly defined in the health and safety manual for all employees to follow.

Sustainability Policy

We Gemini continually strive to use Eco friendly materials to reduce waste and prevent pollution. Our environment performance is reviewed for continuous Improvement and Objectives and Targets are set for related Issues. Our sustainability policies are communicated to all our staff and workers for their awareness. The management and staff shall periodically review the policy to ensure continuous suitability and improvement of safe working Atmosphere.

Proper site safety implementation.
On site Safety Training for all workers.
Site safety Induction for all sub-contractors and workers.
Regular monitoring & Auditing of Site safety.
Periodical Inspection for Access system, Scaffolding, Equipments and tools.
The Environment, Health and safety system of the company is in accordance to meet local standard as well as international standard. Our Management ensures that company complies to all applicable EHS related legal and regulatory requirements.
